Sometimes I'll write more and sometimes not all, sometimes I'm adding my \"junk\" from the week and sometimes I'm just picking out a random sticker, washi tape, or torn page from a magazine and taking the theme from there.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhy should you junk journal? To give time to yourself to create, to unwind, to be still, to be alone, to incorporate a new creative practice for yourself or with your family\/friends, to have an excuse to get together or hideaway, to release the day and just let what happens happen. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt can serve as a creative, personalized diary, memory keeper, or art journal. You can be traditional with the practice and create your own journal book or purchase a journal. The point is it's a space for you without rules, obligations, needs or boundaries.
