Fall is the perfect time to set new goals and intentions, a time to reset and renew.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"p1\"\u003eWe will start outside with a gentle and grounding yoga flow led by Cassidy Glad, Owner and Studio Mama of \u003cem\u003ePulse Barre \u0026amp; Fitness\u003c\/em\u003e. Bring a yoga mat or blanket or both!\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"p1\"\u003eWe will head inside from there,and grab a seat for the creative journaling and beginner level watercolor class portion. You will receive a handmade journal for both journaling and painting to use in this class and to take home with hopes that you might carry the practices we do together home with you. I'll also be including some fun gifts and surprises with your journal to get you started in your creative practice.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"p1\"\u003eAfter classes we will move into the Social + Shop portion of our afternoon.
